2. Data We Collect

Pathflow collects GPS location data of registered vehicles, device identifiers for push notifications, and account credentials (email and password) necessary to access the service. We do not collect any data unrelated to the core functionality of the application.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data is used exclusively to provide the fleet tracking service: displaying vehicle positions on the map, generating trip history, sending ignition and geofence alerts, and authenticating users within the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (Firebase by Google, Mapbox) strictly to deliver the service functionality.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Vehicle location history is retained for up to 12 months. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable EU/Italian data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). Authentication is managed through Firebase Authentication. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
